Aerotek Hiring Cherry Picker Operators In Sandston, Va
Join our team as a Cherry Picker Operator on the 1st or 2nd shift, where you'll play a vital role in supporting an electrical wiring distributor. You will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and operating warehouse equipment with care. Responsibilities
Operate cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment. Perform daily safety inspections prior to equipment use. Receive and process incoming materials according to Wms processes. Identify and break down materials, noting any discrepancies. Prepare orders for shipping by accurately selecting, checking, and packing UPS orders. Follow designated Wms processes for packing, weighing, manifesting, palletizing, and loading. Maintain inventory control and manage paper processing. Essential Skills
Experience with RF scanners and order picking. Knowledge of material handling and inventory control. Ability to operate cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of packaging and staging orders per order tickets. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and move freely within the warehouse. Why Work Here?
