Our client is seeking a motivated and adaptable
Epic Credential Trainer
to join their growing team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll play a key role in delivering Epic training to end users and work closely with Principal Trainers, analysts, and operational leaders to develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to clinical workflows. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Responsibilities
and Duties:
Deliver training for Epic users with a focus on ambulatory/outpatient clinical workflows Collaborate with Principal Trainers and analysts to support curriculum development and updates Conduct classroom training sessions, one-on-one support, and virtual learning as needed Assist with training logistics, scheduling, and learner progress tracking Provide post-go-live support to end users and help identify ongoing training needs

Qualifications
and Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with exposure to Epic or electronic medical records Familiarity with ambulatory clinical workflows Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change Eagerness to learn and grow into a Principal Trainer role
