Product Manager
focused on Network Management and Orchestration, you will develop roadmaps and features to streamline network deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and more. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and reliability of GPU clusters, supporting large-scale operations with increased uptime and utilization. Responsibilities
Act as an expert in Network Orchestration and management systems, providing strategic guidance to enhance our orchestration capabilities for customers. Design and innovate network orchestration solutions for our Network Cloud product, focusing on GPU fabric deployments, manageability, and automation for hyperscalers, NeoClouds, and enterprise networks. Architect network automation and orchestration platforms for end-to-end lifecycle management, including deployment and operational management. Develop and present product roadmaps and technological solutions aligned with market and customer needs. Collaborate with development teams to define requirements for management platforms and routing/switching technologies. Demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions to showcase product value to customers. Support sales teams and internal groups to drive customer engagement and business growth. Requirements
What we need: 10+ years in network communications, with at least 5 years working with large data center network providers. Deep knowledge of deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and auto recovery in networks. Experience with automating or orchestrating solutions from data center networking vendors is desirable. Proven experience in product management or large data center network operations. Ability to develop and tailor product offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience bringing network orchestration and automation platforms to market. Knowledge of AI projects and leveraging AI for product enhancement is a plus. Understanding of data center or enterprise network design (BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, QoS, Multicast). Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related tools (Kubernetes, Docker). Expertise in network management, incident handling, telemetry, and root cause analysis. Adaptability and ability to handle diverse activities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for collaboration with executives and engineering teams. Ability to produce technical content like white papers and briefs. Willingness to travel as needed. Ways to stand out: Low-level technical expertise in data center or enterprise network design. Familiarity with AI-relevant infrastructure and networking tech (Infiniband, RoCEv2, lossless Ethernet, GPU, NIC, DPU). Understanding AI/HPC networking solutions and high-speed interconnects. Experience with scale-up and scale-out networking technologies. Knowledge of data center operations, cooling, and power. Experience with monitoring and telemetry tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, gRPC, gNMI). Proven cloud experience with Tier-1 clouds or emerging NeoClouds. Education BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
