As a Staff IT Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-impact, high-visibility projects that directly shape the future of Beyond Finance. You’ll be a key partner to our executive leadership, working to drive significant change across our End User Computing, Workplace Technology, and Information Security domains.
This isn’t a typical IT role. You'll have significant agency to define how problems are solved, leveraging a cutting-edge tech stack in a fully cloud-enabled environment. We're looking for someone who can thrive in an agile setting, take ownership of projects from start to finish, and navigate complex technical challenges with confidence.
What You'll Do
Lead and deliver a portfolio of top-priority technical projects from start to finish, bringing rigor and predictability to complex, multi-system changes. When these projects are complete, they will truly move the needle for our business. Implement and refine project management processes to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments with minimal disruption. Collaborate closely with business leaders and other technology teams to align our IT initiatives with key business goals. Drive change through expert communication and stakeholder management, ensuring everyone is on board and aware of upcoming changes. What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced and driven IT professional with a passion for solving complex problems. Required Skills and Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in systems engineering, endpoint management, or cybersecurity. Experience leading and driving high visibility projects for business transformation. Independently roadmap and determining architecture strategy. Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of technical projects and experience solving business trajectory problems. Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash for SaaS automation. Deep expertise in at least one of our core domains: End User Computing, Workplace Technology, or Information Security. Fundamental understanding of Networking , OSI models. Knowledge of DEX/DEM tooling. Familiarity with technologies such as Google Workspace, Endpoint DLP tooling, and Endpoint Patching. Knowledge of modern security principles, including Zero Trust architecture and SASE/SSE. Understanding of endpoint security tools, DLP, SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability management The base annual salary range is listed below. This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus. Base Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000 USD Why Join Us?
