Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Accounting Manager We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to support the Controller and help lead the finance function. This role combines hands-on accounting with exposure to strategic projects like M&A, valuations, and international reporting. What you’ll do: Manage day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close Prepare complex entries and reconciliations Build financial models for valuations and decision-making Support M&A due diligence and integration Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international standards Mentor staff and drive process improvements Assist with audits, tax planning, and special projects What we’re looking for: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Exposure to M&A and international accounting a plus Seniority level
