Lead a team of Financial Advisors to service a wide range of clients, from those just starting to save to those with significant wealth, and help them invest when, where, and how they want. Job responsibilities
Have a passion for our customers, ensuring all employees meet and exceed customer expectations and foster a customer-obsessed culture. Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors, improve performance of existing Advisors, and develop talent and performance strategies to coach, develop, and promote Advisors. Drive integration with partners from Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide comprehensive financial solutions to customers. Influence the use of technology to meet current and future customer needs; promote diversity and inclusion. Partner closely with the Supervisory Manager to manage all administrative, supervisory, and operational aspects for the designated territory. Create a culture of risk awareness and control, safeguarding customers and business. Proactively identify solutions, demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, and execute with urgency. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
At least 5 years of Advisor management experience with a proven record of developing high-performing teams. Ability to travel 50% of the time. Valid and active FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent), and Series 9/10 (or equivalent) licenses. Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent through networking. Strong investment services knowledge and keen interest in financial markets. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and commitment to risk management. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Additional information
