Marketing and Business Development Coordinator Join a respected law firm that values collaboration, creativity, and growth. The Weaver Law Firm is a well-established law firm looking for a creative and proactive full time Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to elevate our brand by supporting business development efforts and enhancing our digital presence. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate events, webinars, firm gatherings, and attend outside events to promote the firm. Create and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Monitor social platforms and respond to engagement and track analytics Maintain and update website content and directory listings (news, bios, blogs, etc.) Create visual content for social platforms and web using tools like Canva or Adobe Edit and publish short-form videos using CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools Track marketing ROI and prepare performance reports Manage referral tracking and relationship-building strategies Assist with newsletters, proposals, and e-mail campaigns Support attorneys with individual marketing goals and materials Qualifications: Ability to work in-person at our Houston office Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 4+ years of marketing/business development experience — ideally in a law firm Strong writing, communication, and project management skills Social media savvy and familiar with scheduling/analytics tools Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools Experience designing graphics and editing videos for web/social media Familiarity with website CMS and marketing analytics platforms Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable We offer: Competitive pay 401(k) with firm contributions Free on-site parking Friendly, collaborative work environment Professional growth opportunities Seniority level
