Job Description:
* Provide exceptional patient care to critically ill or injured patients in the ICU.
* Monitor, assess, and document patient vitals and progress.
* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
* Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.
* Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
Education and Certification Requirements:
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact license.
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
* Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience (travel nursing experience is a plus).
* Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required).
* CCRN certification (preferred).
