Location Los Angeles, CA About the Role The COO will lead global operations and drive operational excellence, scalability and sustainable growth. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of forwarding, custom brokerage, warehousing and logistics services the COO will report directly to CEO. This position will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational processes and driving strategy while maintaining compliance with international trade and transportation regulations Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and optimize all aspects of global operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain management. Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability. Drive digital transformation through automation, process optimization, advanced logistics technology. Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, trade regulations, and industry standards. Manage P&L responsibility for operations, ensuring cost efficiency and sustainable revenue growth. Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define long-term business goals and expansion strategies Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global operations team while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service. Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of operational leadership in freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain management Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration; Masters degree preferred. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, international operations. Proven success managing P&L and driving profitability. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure operational compliance. Compensation $175,000-$225,000 + bonus potentials 401K & Health Benefits Other employee perks
