? Scheduling & Shifts
Options:
Days/Variable: 3×12s, shift window 0500-2300
Nights: 3×12s, 1830-0700 (3 in a row)
Weekend Call: Required every 3 weeks
Weeknight Call: One 2300-0700 call every 2-3 weeks (not required for night RNs)
Call Response Time: 15 minutes (sleep room available)
Holiday Call: Work 2 holidays/year (on-call rotation)

Charting: EPIC (note if no experience)
Meds: Omnicell

24 Pre-Op/Phase 2 beds
19 PACU beds
Patient Population: Infants to Geriatrics
Types of Patients: Ambulatory, Elective, Acute care, Trauma
Endo: RN assists with prep/discharge only, no intra-op
? Staffing & Ratios
Pre-Op RN: 1:2-3
PACU RN: 1:1 or 1:2
Phase 2 RN: 1:2-4 (All based on acuity, airway, comorbidities, age, etc.)
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years (no first-time travelers)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Licensure: RN licensed in South Dakota
Education: Completion of a board-approved RN program
