Job Details:

* Unit Coverage: OB Clinic, ER, Med-Surg

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive obstetric care in the OB clinic

* Assist with labor & delivery, postpartum, and newborn care

* Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care in the ER

* Manage medical-surgical patients requiring treatment for various conditions

* Conduct patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning

* Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

* Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and maintain accurate documentation

Education & Certification Requirements:

* Active RN License (Kansas or Compact)

* BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

* ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification

* PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification

* NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification

* Fetal Monitoring Certification (preferred)

* Minimum 2 years of OB, ER, or Med-Surg experience required

* Previous Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
