Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing creative aspects of special projects within the marketing department, including firm qualifications submissions, brochure design, interview presentation layouts, and other assignments. You will be actively involved in marketing production processes related to RFQ / RFP responses for new business opportunities across multiple service divisions. Your Impact : Organize, coordinate, and manage activities involved in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and submissions. Develop and maintain all marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, files, and marketing databases. Support corporate staff with graphics and technical support for marketing assets. Oversee efforts of architects, engineers, consultants, and staff to create materials that best showcase the firm's qualifications. Coordinate work with outside vendors and consultants. Conduct research as needed. Serve as a technical resource and coordinator for projects, requests, and presentations. Assist the marketing department with special projects as required. Qualifications : Experience in marketing production within A/E/C firms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Adobe InDesign. Ability to interact effectively with senior management, clients, and vendors. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Skills : Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Background in graphic design, content writing, or proposal production. The salary range for this position in California is $59,977.00 - $89,966.00, with actual compensation depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
