HR Analytics Consultant
The HR Analytics Consultant is responsible for interpreting and exploring business problems using people data. They play a pivotal role in developing and fulfilling complex data requests, creating people data sets, aligning these with other enterprise-wide data, and developing a narrative that is comprehensive yet easily understood by managers and business partners. This role drives the value of People Analytics and ensures consistency in HR data throughout the organization. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering complex reporting initiatives while adhering to enterprise data governance policies, standards, and guidelines.
Position Responsibilities:
People Analytics Workplace Data Administration
Serve as the client-facing consultant to HR Directors, Consultants, Managers, and Enterprise Business Partners on workforce and workplace data. Act as the SME on Human Capital and business data to determine strategies for analyzing and tracking HR and business initiatives results. Stay informed of HR and industry trends and apply these insights using the People Analytics Application. Perform exploratory data analysis, generate hypotheses, and uncover trends to support workforce planning and initiatives, such as productivity in hybrid work models. Share analysis results with HR Directors and Consultants through compelling storytelling. Partner with HR and Stakeholders to develop, execute, and evaluate KPIs and measurement strategies for workplace initiatives. Prepare and deliver People Analytics training on using the application and understanding data narratives. Collaborate with Business Units and HR to develop People Analytics metrics. Identify workplace trends and suggest process improvements based on analysis results. Enhance end-user acceptance and usage of HR self-service tools by gathering feedback and improving the user experience. Manage authorized access to the People Analytics application. Contribute to enterprise data governance efforts. Data Management and Reporting
Extract data from HR systems and provide reports to HR partners and Stakeholders. Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to develop data requirements and ensure proper data formatting and mapping. Develop and configure reports, troubleshoot, and debug databases and reporting tools. Validate data accuracy within systems. Project Management
Manage small to medium technical projects independently, including initiation, planning, execution, and reporting. Partner with vendors to implement new projects within the approved change control process. Collaborate with SMEs during design to ensure requirements are met. Ensure system functionality during testing and implementation phases. Develop and deliver training and communication materials for end users.
