Associate / Vice President, Real Estate

Responsibilities Performing quantitative credit analyses of new and existing investments, including cash flow modeling, securitization and collateral structure review, and relative value analysis. Conducting market research, including broker calls, historical asset performance, and supply-demand drivers. Preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and related deliverables. Enhancing quantitative tools to analyze Real Estate Structured Credit investments. Organizing and driving Real Estate Group initiatives to analyze certain sub-categories of the CMBS market. Generating fund-level stratifications and analyses. Assisting with asset setup, trade booking, and allocations. Supporting maintenance of nightly bond pricing and analytics. Handling ad-hoc requests from leadership, investor relations, and cross-functional teams. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in real estate at an asset management company or investment bank. Outstanding analytical skills. Proven competence in underwriting, valuation, credit analysis, and financial modeling. Familiarity with commercial real estate (CRE) loan structures. Knowledge of structured credit instruments (CMBS, RMBS, ABS, CLOs) and deal documentation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Intex, and Argus. Experience working with large datasets. Familiarity with or interest in learning programming languages such as SQL is a plus. Personal Attributes Outstanding initiative and a strong work ethic. Base Salary Range Associate:

$150,000 - $160,000 Vice President:

$250,000 - $275,000 In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for discretionary bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexible work arrangements.
