The Work:

Collaborate with clients on their Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM/ETRM) processes, focusing on the Endur platform within energy, trading, and risk operations. Lead the design and implementation of Endur solutions aligned with client needs and regulations. Gather requirements, define business objectives, and develop functional specifications for Endur configurations. Configure and customize Endur to meet client requirements, covering transaction capture, risk management, logistics, accounting, and reporting. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure configurations meet expectations. Support Endur implementation, ensuring system integration and performance. Work with technical teams on data integration from other systems. Train and transfer knowledge to client teams for long-term system use. Contribute to best practices and strategies for Endur projects. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide top insights. Note:

Ideally, candidates should be local to Houston or willing to relocate. Requirements:

3+ years experience with ETRM/CTRM OpenLink Endur, understanding commodity trading and risk management. Experience in functional design, configuration, and customization of Endur. Experience with energy, natural gas, power, renewable energy markets. Skills in requirements gathering and client collaboration. Problem-solving skills for system and process issues. At least 1 year of consulting or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to travel up to 50%. Nice to Have:

Experience with Allegro, RightAngle, or TriplePoint. Knowledge of FERC, NERC, CFTC regulations. Experience with data integration and back-office systems like SAP or Oracle. Knowledge of renewable energy markets, PPAs, RECs, carbon trading. Experience with reporting, analytics, and BI tools. Certifications like ERP, CFA, or FRM.
