How we LEAD: UMG is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative professional to support a senior executive. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confidentiality, professionalism, and initiative are essential. The candidate should proactively identify solutions and anticipate needs to ensure the executive’s effectiveness. Responsibilities include: Managing the executive’s daily schedule and calendar Coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements Reading, routing, and drafting correspondence and documents Planning and organizing internal and external meetings and events Booking travel and accommodations Screening and prioritizing emails and inquiries Preparing for company events and meetings, including logistics and note-taking Processing expense reports promptly Handling special projects with follow-up and deadlines Maintaining confidentiality and building internal and external relationships Performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 3 years supporting C-suite executives with discretion and confidentiality Strong knowledge of business operations Experience in music or entertainment preferred Self-starter with excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively Effective communicator with senior management and clients Ability to handle sensitive information professionally Discretion and professionalism in all interactions Dynamic, assertive, and adaptable personality Resourceful with excellent follow-through and attention to detail Competent with technology, including Outlook and Microsoft Office Bachelor’s Degree preferred Join a global organization that values authenticity, creativity, relationships, and a competitive spirit.
