We are seeking a Director of Onboarding & Implementation to lead and scale our client launchprocess, ensuring every new customer realizes rapid time-to-value. You will design and refineonboarding frameworks, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary advocate forclient success during the critical implementation phase. The ideal candidate thrives onoperational excellence, customer engagement, and continuous process improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and operationalize a repeatable, scalable onboarding methodology that drives adoption and accelerates ROI for new customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Design training programs and materials—both instructor-led and self-service—to educate clients on Strider’s platform capabilities.
Track and report on onboarding KPIs (e.g., time-to-value, client satisfaction scores), and partner with Data & Analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Act as the escalation point for implementation-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation consulting, or professional services leadership.
Proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing processes in a high-growth technology company.
Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools such as JIRA, Asana, or equivalent.
Strong communicator, able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
