Responsibilities
System Management Branch. Part of DoDIN-A operations focus on multiple dispersed, independent/intra-dependent systems performing multiple functions (Operating System (OS), Hardware (HW), database, software applications, etc.) that are interoperable with other elements or systems to perform a function as part of a larger, more complex system. The GCC operates, monitors, sustains, and secures Enterprise directed systems throughout the GCC AOR and internal services.
Directory Services:
The GCC operates, maintains, secures, and troubleshoots authentication and directory services in accordance with system owner policies and guidance. Manage, sustain, and deploy authentication, directory, and policy services supporting the GCC AOR, Army Unified Directory Services (AUDS), and Active Directory Restructure (AD/R). The Contractor shall provide Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), foundational to the Army zero trust environment. ICAM includes enterprise and domain-level management, authentication services (deployment, maintenance, monitoring, reporting), troubleshooting, performance monitoring, trend analysis, and managing subordinate services to ensure optimal performance (e.g., Certificate Authorities). Sensor Operation and Management:
Support the use, installation, maintenance, deployment, management, and hardening of enterprise-level sensor systems, including network and host monitoring systems (IPS/IDS, SIEM, and others). Manage all NIPRNet and SIPRNet sensors within the CONUS Theater, with approximately 20% growth over the task order duration. Perform advanced systems administration related to platform architecture, configuration, lifecycle support, and technology refresh. Conduct daily backups, system upgrades, and ensure configurations conform to standards. SIEM Operations:
Operate, monitor, sustain, and secure the SIEM, utilizing its full capabilities for logging and event analysis. Handle a volume of around 50 million security events daily, integrating data from multiple sources including IPS, IDS, firewalls, proxies, routers, HBSS, and server logs. Additional sources may be added as technology evolves. Disaster Recovery and Documentation:
Develop and document procedures for disaster recovery of GCC-managed sensors and systems, storing procedures in the government-approved data repository. Maintain written procedures for setup, tracking, and documentation of hardware and software baselines, also stored securely. Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with installation NECs and customer points of contact for sensor installation and troubleshooting. Maintain and update contact rosters for on-site technical support entities.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD DoD Secret clearance required Certifications: Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security, CompTIA SecurityX, Federal IT Security Professional-Operator-NG (FITSP-O), GIAC GFACT, or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) Ability to perform shift work

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000, depending on experience and other factors.
