Senior Applications Consultant - Oracle Functional Consultant - Benefits - 080761 Description About the job youre considering Job description : The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, end-user training, and liaising in cloud implementation and support projects. Benefits module functional expertise with client interfacing skills is essential for this role. Requirement : 4-6 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience in functional roles and overall 6+ years of experience. At least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant, with involvement in at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementations. Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus. Experience across all project phases: demos/workshops, requirement gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, validation, transition, realization, and production support. Proficiency in defining business rules, working with Fast Formulas, integrations, and data loading. Strong track record in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. Additional experience in modules like Compensation or Payroll is preferred. Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, test cases, and participating in SIT and UAT testing. Desired Skills / Good to Have : Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions on Fusion applications. Effective analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage scope and customer expectations effectively. Ownership of assignments and resolution of customer issues. Your role Gather and analyze client requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits projects. Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules based on business needs. Conduct demos, workshops, and training sessions for end-users. Coordinate with clients and internal teams during all project phases from analysis to support. Develop functional specifications, test cases, and support SIT/UAT testing processes. Your skills and experience 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with at least 3 years in Benefits implementation. Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits projects. Strong knowledge of business process analysis, rules, Fast Formulas, and integrations. Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
