Position: Inventory Optimization Analyst Location: Milwaukee, WI Remote Type: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote Reports To: Senior Manager, Supply Management Position Summary:

The Inventory Optimization Analyst is responsible for analyzing, modeling, and improving inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels across the supply chain. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, forecast demand, and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining service levels. Responsibilities Analyze current inventory levels and turnover rates to identify opportunities for optimization. Assist in implementing inventory optimization strategies to minimize excess stock, reduce costs, and improve inventory health. Support seamless interaction between purchasing and materials management to resolve gaps between supply capabilities and production plans. Conduct process audits of safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and lot sizes to ensure timely system updates. Execute and adjust inventory parameters such as reorder points, safety stock levels, lot sizes, and lead times within each ERP system. Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and overstock situations, providing actionable recommendations for improvement that impact inventory health. Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance, including metrics like DIO, ITO, and carrying costs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align on inventory and performance goals. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and strategies for inventory management, ensuring compliance with Regal Rexnord's standards and customer expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related Supply Chain field. 5-7 years of experience in Materials Management utilizing SAP; experience with Oracle and other ERP systems is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong financial analytics skills using large data sets and reporting tools. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Planning Tools (Demantra), and dashboards (Power BI). Knowledge of lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Travel: Up to 35% domestic and international travel required. Salary: Expected Range: $80,000 - $90,000.
