Essential functions and process responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working under minimal supervision with varied and moderately complex duties. Applying advanced skills in your area of specialization. Adapting procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment to meet specific needs. Assisting in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other Partners. Production Lead

Monitors production flow and controls product quality for new and existing retail customers by performing the following duties: Coordinating production flow and ordering of products, organizing the production/work area. Overseeing product quality and leading shrink initiatives. Managing the production of special orders. Overseeing shifts, lunches, and breaks. Ordering raw ingredients. Maintaining sanitation in the department. Monitoring equipment working conditions. Assisting in training new partners. Supporting food safety and sanitation processes. Supporting operational excellence initiatives. Education and Experience

Preferred qualifications include: Typically 5-8 years of related experience. Knowledge of department products, food preparation, and equipment. Supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge of commercial baking procedures and equipment is essential. Physical and Other Requirements

Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to lift 20 lbs or more occasionally.
