Search Solution Group is seeking an
IT Transformation Project Manager
on behalf of our client, an investment advisory firm that provides a range of services. This role is responsible for leading and delivering technology initiatives across infrastructure, application development, and data platforms. The IT Transformation Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business priorities, while fostering collaboration across IT and business teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and communication strategies.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, provide status updates, and deliver stakeholder reporting.
Ensure compliance with enterprise IT and cybersecurity standards, governance practices, and change management protocols.
Support project intake, prioritization, and reporting processes as part of the IT project portfolio.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements include:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
Experience: 7+ years of experience managing technical or enterprise IT projects in a professional environment.
Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives involving infrastructure, applications, or data systems.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management software tools and Microsoft Office products.
Working knowledge of project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM), change management, and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of systems such as Snowflake, Salesforce, Charles River, or cloud platforms like Azure preferred.
Understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity best practices, and enterprise technology environments.
Key Competencies: Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable project plans.
Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
Strong collaboration skills for working across technical and business teams.
Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving environment.
