We're looking for a QA Data Analyst to strengthen our reporting and insights across Quality and Consumer Affairs worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing dashboards, consolidating international data, and translating trends into clear business recommendations that improve product quality and consumer delight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in tools like Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and CRM systems, and able to turn complex data into actionable insights for the business stakeholders. This role is less about data science and more about owning reporting processes, interpreting results, and guiding decisions that enhance consumer experiences globally. Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools to provide clear visibility into business performance. Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for business teams. Drive cross-functional alignment with global quality, marketing, and sales teams through data-driven strategies and insights. Own global reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of accurate reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure data quality and integrity by managing robust ETL processes and monitoring data pipelines. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to optimize reporting tools, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements. Stay current on data analytics best practices and emerging industry trends to continuously improve reporting and analysis capabilities. o Basic ETL knowledge, understanding core concepts, and working with structured data (csv, json, etc.) o Experience with data manipulation through Excel or Google Sheets o Basic understanding of SQL Preferred o Basic understanding of programming languages related to data-handling and analysis (Python, R) o Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Apache Airflow, dbt, etc) Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Quality Management, or related field. Experience: 24 years in data analytics or reporting, preferably within consumer goods, quality, or CRM environments. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau (required). o Strong data analysis skills; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
