Senior Collibra Governance Lead - Data Modernization (Onsite - Dallas, TX)
We are seeking a
Senior Collibra Governance Lead
to architect and drive the
enterprise data governance strategy
for a large-scale
Data Modernization program
in the
Mortgage Banking
domain. This is a
leadership role based onsite in Dallas, TX , responsible for enabling
people, process, and technology alignment
using Collibra.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and rollout of
enterprise data governance frameworks
leveraging
Collibra , including metadata management, data catalog, and lineage • Define and operationalize
data ownership, stewardship models , and governance operating procedures across business domains • Architect and oversee the implementation of
Collibra workflows , domains, communities, and integration with cloud platforms, BI tools, and data pipelines • Establish standards and best practices for
data classification, certification, glossary, and policy enforcement • Champion
governance adoption
by enabling and mentoring data owners, stewards, and business users through training and change management • Collaborate with data architects, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with broader modernization goals and regulatory expectations
Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in
data governance , with at least 3-5 years of
senior-level experience
implementing
Collibra at scale • Demonstrated expertise in
governance program design , stakeholder enablement, and cross-functional adoption strategies • Strong understanding of metadata models, lineage frameworks, catalog structures, and governance workflows • Experience integrating Collibra with platforms such as
Snowflake, SQL Server, BI tools (Power BI, Sigma), ETL tools • Domain knowledge in
mortgage banking
or financial services preferred • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
