Operation Readiness Project Manager - MES EBR Implementation

Job Description
This is an on-site, contract role for an Operational Readiness Project Manager is needed to ensure a smooth transition for all processes supporting a modernization project. Strong experience with operational and quality assurance functionalities within large scale drug substance manufacturing are a must!
Lead business process mapping sessions
Build out the schedule
Lead tracking and adherence to plan for documentation updates
Work within matrix teams for assessing EBR impacts to areas
MES EBR exposure will be extremely helpful
Contract:
6 months with strong potential to be extended to 1 year Project experience needs: 6+ years of experience with proven successes
acting in a project management support capacity Familiarity utilizing
Project Management Tools based on PMBOK, PMI principles to lead projects Demonstrated ability to
work within a highly regulated, compliance-driven setting (pharmaceutical industry). Experience w orking on or with Manufacturing Electronic Systems (MES) or electronic batch records implementation projects is a must. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, matrixed teams. Experience
leading or supporting operational readiness elements of projects Organized, and detail-oriented
with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with
MS Office suite
of products and other software platforms Proficiency in
MS Project, Smartsheet,
project management software, and
project portfolio management software. Details of the job: This position will be based
on-site
at an operational pharmaceutical facility in RTP, NC Mon Fri, standard work weeks and hours with occasional overtime Regular interaction with project teams, contractors, and site operations staff. Ability to work in an open office environment with frequent distractions. Ability to work within a matrix team is a MUST
