The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's HRIS systems, including Workday Talent Management and Performance Management. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading system solutions, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: Serve as SME for Workday Talent Management and Performance Management. Develop roadmaps and prioritize work efforts with stakeholders. Coordinate work efforts and identify new functionalities. Stay current on Workday updates. Lead delivery of complex system solutions. Train and mentor HRIS team members. Experience: Minimum 5 years configuring and supporting Workday Talent Management and Performance Enablement. Preferred 2 years in Adaptative Planning, Extend, and Prism. Qualifications include a relevant university degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on HRIS systems and project management.
