The ideal candidate will be proficient in breast sonography and possess strong expertise in ultrasound imaging, particularly in orthopedics and high-volume environments. This role is essential in delivering top-tier patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: - Perform breast and general ultrasound examinations with proficiency.- Adhere to safety and quality standards while ensuring a comfortable patient environment.- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide accurate imaging results.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.- Support with additional imaging needs across departments as necessary. Requirements: - Qualifications: - Current ARDMS and/or ARRT Sonography certification. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.- Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience is required. Travel experience preferred. - Demonstrated proficiency in breast sonography and experience in orthopedic imaging is a plus. - Technical Skills: - Must have recent experience with EPIC EMR software. Additional Information: - Candidates must reside more than 40 miles from the facility.- A valid driver's license is required for address verification prior to any offer acceptance.- All certifications and licenses must be current and not expire during the contract period.
