Senior Cloud Application Developer
in Alexandria to lead IT modernization efforts in the cloud infrastructure of the client's choice. Responsibilities include: Customizing, maintaining, and designing/implementing CRM solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure Cloud Services Creating and enhancing cloud strategies based on client needs and managing the adaptation process Implementing customer requirements using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Collaborating to create DoDAF diagrams and artifacts Rapid prototyping with stakeholder feedback Working with Team Leads to define requirements, estimate costs, and plan work Facilitating an Agile environment, providing Scrum Master experience as needed Implementing IT security controls based on STIGs and DoD security measures, applying high availability and disaster recovery principles Empowered by: Sharing expertise in test-driven development and continuous integration Teaching benchmarking application code to prevent performance issues Collaborating with QA on issue reporting, resolution, and change management Generating metrics, alarms, and monitors for operations Qualifications include: U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain or possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance 15 years as a software engineer, with at least 10 in full-stack or cloud application development Experience with SaaS low/no-code apps in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficiency in ASP.NET, Web APIs, Python, Java, Node.js Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic and Oracle EBS Expertise with
Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft M365 Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge of OAuth, Multi-Factor Authentication, Zero-Trust, Authen/AuthZ Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred; experience may substitute Must obtain or possess a DoD-approved IAM Level II or IAT Level II certification within 6 months Azure Developer and Azure Fundamentals certifications preferred
