We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, self-driven, and quick-learning Senior Technical Implementation Specialist with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in onboarding new practices' clinical data, new payers' claims data, and managing technical implementation projects with healthcare vendors. You'll be responsible for supporting data integration efforts, managing system deployments, and ensuring successful go-live of AI and data-driven solutions in a complex healthcare environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Acting as the technical point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders during the onboarding and implementation process. Managing, coordinating and executing clinical and claims data integration projects, including EHR extracts, HL7/FHIR interfaces, API connections, and SFTP data feeds with vendors. Configuring, testing, and validating data interfaces and ETL pipelines. Translating clinical and operational requirements into technical configurations and workflows. Creating and maintaining integration documentation, including technical specifications, workflow and processes diagrams, implementation guides, and SOPs. Performing data QA and validation activities, including automated and manual checks for data format, completeness, and accuracy. Configuring cloud-based automation pipelines for data transfer and job scheduling. Generating cohort lists and conduct data analysis for vendor onboarding and performance monitoring. Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, coordinating with engineering, vendor, or client teams as needed. Managing go-live planning, execution, and provide post-implementation technical support. Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Statistics, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, data integration, or data analytics in the healthcare industry. Working knowledge of healthcare data formats and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON). Familiarity with clinical vocabularies and coding systems (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED, NPI, RXNORM). Extensive experience working with claims data and clinical data normalization/processing Proficiency with cross-team project tracking/documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience with data QA and validation processes. Fluency in SQL, Python (e.g. PySpark), or R with demonstrated experience developing complex queries for data analysis and ad hoc testing Knowledge of scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation Proven experience in leading technical implementation projects in healthcare, including client or vendor onboarding. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Lambda, Step Functions), GCP, or Azure. Understanding of healthcare workflows (e.g., care management, risk adjustment, quality improvement, revenue cycle, prior authorizations, value-based care). Experience working with Accountable Care Organization or similar VBC contracts. Strong communication and presentation skills for interfacing with clinical and technical stakeholders.
