As a Leasing Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our property management company. You will be responsible for various tasks related to residential leasing and general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position goes from April-September and is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a summer job. Responsibilities
General Support: Assist property managers and administrative staff with various tasks as needed. Perform errands, such as picking up and placing lockboxes, checking on property conditions, performing property evaluations, as well as other duties as assigned. Support with property-related administrative tasks. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management or related field is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using basic computer software and mobile applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
