The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $22.00 - $31.90

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What Youll Be Doing Responsible for providing direct assistance to Members, teammembers and third parties regarding basic inquiries, research, and possible solutions when necessary pertaining to Member vehicle titles and lien perfection. Ensures timely completion of such requests and transactions while complying with established internal standards and external regulations.

Maintains working knowledge and understanding of DMV guidelines, policies and procedures. Explains guidelines, policies and procedures to teammembers and/or Members. Responds to Member, third party, and teammember inquiries concerning vehicle loan titling or lien filing. Responsible for limited maintenance of loan files pursuant to title perfection of Member and teammember consumer loans. When applicable, ensures refunds for lien perfection are properly applied to Member loans. Assists with DMV processing functions to secure collateral, take steps to reduce Member penalties, fees and releasing liens. Reviews title reports to identify outstanding titles and contacts Members or dealers to perfect the titles as well as review reports that require lien releases for paid off secured loans. Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of the Consumer Lending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs and desktops) Reviews and works department reports on a monthly or ad hoc basis as required by management. Assists with testing, validation and training of process changes. Assists with department projects upon request.

Performs other duties as assigned Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years previous related experience required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous Symitar and/or loan servicing system experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening. Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must be able to remain focused on one task for extended periods. Intermediate typing and computer skills is required Experience with inbound/outbound phone system preferred
