Job Description: Retail Associate at TJ Maxx

Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Support multiple store areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Ensure merchandise is prepared and presented according to company standards. Participate in store recovery, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives. Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support a positive store culture. Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule. Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to respond effectively to change and lift heavy objects with or without accommodations. Retail experience preferred but not required.
