Serve as a Trusted Advisor, using your expertise to help clients solve problems and identify solutions. Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat, exceeding expectations with integrity. Educate clients on our products and services, providing insights and recommendations. Required Qualifications
At least two years of professional experience in an office setting. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, privacy, and security protocols. Ability to escalate operational or compliance issues appropriately. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with banking terminology, disputes, Visa, and Mastercard chargebacks. Military experience or equivalent, demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and organization. Why you'll love working here
