The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing efforts that impact the Sikorsky Production System, ensuring the organization meets Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) objectives. Join our mission to optimize performance, by significantly impacting our productivity and cost efficiency across all programs.THE WORKAs the Transformation Project Manager for Production Operations, you will:- Drive four main areas of Transformation in Operations: Technology, Data, Process, Organizational Change- Lead the team in all aspects of Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) and Focused Leadership Engagement (FLE) initiatives- Develop and execute IRAD project plans including technical scope, schedule, and budget- eMOR Planning & Reporting: Product Center's Tech Insertions and Replications- Rotary Technology Roadmap Development- Advanced Manufacturing Technology Council: Partnering in Cross-BA technology collaboration and integration- Support Communication and Media initiatives across Production OperationsWHO WE ARESikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company, is a leader in the design, manufacture, and service of advanced helicopters and rotorcraft. Your ability work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects makes you a key player in driving Sikorsky's mission forward.Basic Qualifications- Previous experience leading a cross functional team- Previous experience working in a manufacturing/operations environment- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data reporting tools - Minimum of 7+ years of professional career experience in manufacturing- Exposure to resource planning and/or managing budgets-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationDesired skills- Experience with problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills coupled with being a team player- Application skills in: SharePoint, VEMO, JIRA, Tableau, E-TIP 2.0- Strong organization skills including attention to details- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and resolve issues- Previous Sikorsky experienceEEOLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 - $189,290.
