50,000.00 - 65,000.00 USD Annual

This Position Exists to:

Ensure that the Cashier's Office maintains a superior level of customer service while operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. In addition to fulfilling this purpose, the Supervisor of Student Accounts continuously strives to bring about the mission of Ensign College, which is to develop capable and trusted disciples of Jesus Christ.

Requirements for Employment Eligibility: Be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Worthiness to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend. Receive clearance from the Church Educational System Ecclesiastical Clearance Office. Comply with all college policies and procedures Commitment to bring about the purposes of Ensign College Reside in Utah and able to work in person at our downtown Salt Lake City campus. Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience Proven history of excellent customer service Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful working conditions Working knowledge of accounting basics preferred Previous supervisory experience is preferred Essential Job Functions:

Assists with the management of student accounts, student health plan, billing, collections, and refund processes Handles financial transactions involving students, faculty, and staff Coordinates communication with students regarding their financial accounts Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries Assist in the management of the College motor pool Train and supervise student employees. Coordinate with other offices to resolve student concerns. Skills & Abilities:
