Description Position at Century Communities What You'll Do: The Corporate Marketing Specialist supports Century divisions and marketing teams nationwide through project management, marketing coordination, and client communication. This position reports to a Senior Marketing Manager and supports strategic planning, data analysis, and campaign implementation to drive division marketing performance and sales. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced, competitive industry, maintaining excellence and effectiveness in marketing execution.This hybrid position is two days in the office and three days remote.Your Key Responsibilities Include: Support Divisions and Corporate Marketing Department in the planning/execution of marketing initiatives and projects - from digital/social marketing activations to grand openings, events, promotions, and consumer/agent communications.Uphold corporate/brand strategy and guidelines across all platforms, content, and materials.Coordinate with Copy, Digital, Social, and Graphic Design teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved, with the ability to manage processes/workflows and responsive follow-ups/communication to both internal and external teams.Support supervisor and division marketing teams in maintaining website presence and digital channels for accuracy, quality, and best practices.Assist with national campaign implementation.Support client calls, recaps, and project status updates.Perform other duties as needed or assigned.What You Have: Excellent interpersonal, professional, and communication skills.Project management skills, including strong problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to quickly adapt/pivot to new assignments and deadlines.Experience in successfully managing and meeting project deadlines.Experience in managing calls and presentations.A positive attitude, competitive spirit, and dedication to continuous learning/improvement.Experience with CRM and project management systems is a plus.Your Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a marketing or project/account management role. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
