We are committed to driving innovation and operational excellence for our clients, and we are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Consultant with expertise in UiPath and RPA technologies to help optimize revenue cycle processes through automation. Job Summary: As an RCM Consultant at BigRIO, you will work remotely with our clients to improve and automate their revenue cycle management operations. You will leverage UiPath and other RPA tools to design and deploy automation solutions that streamline billing, claims processing, payment posting, and collections. In this project-based role, you will collaborate with client teams to assess existing processes, develop tailored automation strategies, and ensure successful implementation. You will also have the opportunity to stay at the forefront of RPA technology and apply it in real-world scenarios to drive measurable results for our clients. Additionally, there may be scheduling needs that require coordination with client teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of automation projects, so flexibility in work hours may be necessary. Key Responsibilities: 1. RCM Process Assessment & Optimization: • Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's current revenue cycle management (RCM) processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements. • Advise clients on strategies for improving claims management, payment processing, billing, and collections by automating key manual tasks. 2. RPA Implementation Using UiPath: • Develop and deploy automation solutions using UiPath to optimize RCM workflows, such as claims validation, coding, payment posting, and reporting. • Collaborate with client IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems (e.g., EMR, PMS, and payer systems). • Monitor and troubleshoot the deployed bots to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues as they arise. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: • Engage with key client stakeholders, including IT teams, finance, and RCM departments, to understand their automation needs and align on objectives. • Provide hands-on training and guidance for client teams to ensure they can operate and maintain the RPA solutions post-implementation. 4. Project Management & Reporting: • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all automation projects are completed on schedule and within scope. • Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project progress, including milestones, risks, and issues. • Offer post-implementation support to ensure the continued success of automation solutions and measure their impact on RCM performance. 5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: • Monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization. • Stay current with developments in RPA and healthcare technology to ensure your solutions remain at the cutting edge. • Actively identify new opportunities for RPA automation in the client's revenue cycle management processes. Qualifications: • Education: • Bachelor's degree • • Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a deep understanding of healthcare billing, coding, claims lifecycle, and payer interactions. • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with UiPath or other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). • Proven experience implementing RPA solutions to automate processes in RCM, including claim validation, payment posting, and accounts receivable management. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots. • Strong experience with RPA integration in healthcare systems (e.g., EMR, PMS). • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus. • Experience with data analytics tools or business intelligence platforms is beneficial. • Soft Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams remotely. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs across different time zones or project timelines.
