Configuration Management AND Quality Assurance Lead

Insight Global is hiring a Configuration Management and Quality Assurance Lead to join a SLED end client. You will be a part of a multi-year ERP modernization program for migrating and upgrading on-premises Oracle E-Business Financials, Oracle Peoplesoft Human Capital Management Applications, and Kronos Workforce Management system to the latest SaaS-based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of a business and technology transformation. The Configuration Management and Quality Assurance Lead will ensure deliverables for each workstream are maintained according to configuration management and process and product quality assurance best practices. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/ . - Previous experience implementing an ERP for a SLED client (state, local, or education)- 5-10+ years experience as a Quality Assurance Leado Enhancement, maintenance and creation of QA organizational functionalityo Development of test strategy, test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrix, and other QA methodologieso Testing, automation, security, scalability and performance, load and other testing- 3+ years ERP systems experience including Oracle Fusion ERP implementation related configuration management deliverable audits, testing end-to-end business process flows, SIT, UAT, and regression testing- 3+ years experience following industry related best practices (such as Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI))- Bachelors degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field/equivalent experience- Hold one of the following quality assurance certifications: CQE, CSQA, ISTQB
