Skills and Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience managing and developing ForgeRock components Expertise in installing, configuring, customizing, and designing ForgeRock IDM Ability to troubleshoot and configure ForgeRock IDAM integrations with various systems Proficient in web services and APIs (REST and SOAP) Capable of quickly onboarding applications and migrating users Strong communication and questioning skills, with general analytical abilities
Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock suite (OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, OpenIG) Configure and tailor ForgeRock components to align with organizational needs Comprehend Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to manage user access and entitlements, complementing ForgeRock IAM implementation Experience in upgrading standalone Identity Gateway systems Skilled in Java and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy) Seamlessly integrate ForgeRock solutions with various applications and systems for effective authentication and authorization Develop and maintain custom scripts and connectors for ForgeRock products? Familiarity with frontend technologies like Angular, AEM, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Provide technical expertise and support during deployment and maintenance stages Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD practices and build/deployment cycles Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure adherence to security policies and standards Hands-on experience in microservices/API development Strong understanding of UNIX commands Advanced debugging and issue resolution, including vendor interactions Client interaction, with experience in onsite and offshore delivery models Knowledge of identity and access management concepts and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) Proficient in web/application servers (IIS, Apache, WebSphere, JBoss) Conduct proactive system performance monitoring and capacity planning Flexible with shift work and on-call support? Resolve P1/P2 issues within agreed SLA timeframes
