Senior UX Designer
for our office in
Alpharetta, GA . The position is full-time. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base. About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team, specializing in designing user experiences for Cloud and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UX design, familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, and experience with UI/UX styling frameworks such as Fluent UI. Key Responsibilities: Experience Strategy: Participate in & facilitate discovery in support of Product Management for all projects. Develop & maintain standards for designing service maps, journey maps, and information architecture. Mentor & train user experience designers in strategic, non-UI work. UX Design: Design the full user experience lifecycle, including research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. Ensure design standards are met on all milestone projects by using and growing our design system library. Maintain on-time delivery of 85% of milestone deliverables for projects. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product's visual and experiential design. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative practices. Translate insights from research into functional designs. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience. Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and iterate to enhance satisfaction. Engage with clients, prospects, and users monthly to facilitate ongoing design and user experience improvements. UI Design and Low-Code/No-Code Platforms: Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to design and implement user interfaces. Ensure designs are functional and visually appealing, adhering to best practices and our design system components. About you: This role typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of UX design experience, focusing on Cloud and SaaS products. To be ahead of the pack, you might have: Proven experience designing complex, user-centric products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or similar. Experience with user research tools like Maze, UserTesting, or similar, and translating insights into designs. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for UI design, such as Figma Make, v0, Lovable, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Knowledge of atomic design principles for design systems. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and UX integration. What’s in it for you?
