Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Project Manager to provide comprehensive oversight for a range of high-priority client projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, responsible for end-to-end project performancespanning technical, contractual, administrative, and financial domains. You will leverage your expertise to manage multiple projects concurrently, supervise project personnel, and ensure the flawless delivery of all contractual obligations, ultimately guaranteeing client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-lifecycle project management, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Supervise, mentor, and assign responsibilities to project personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Oversee and integrate vendor tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring vendor performance aligns with project requirements. Interface effectively with all project stakeholders, including end-users, technical teams, and client leadership. Develop and implement robust project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and quality assurance processes. Conduct thorough reviews of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual agreements. Exercise independent judgment and high-level analytical skills to solve complex technical, administrative, and managerial problems. Provide regular, detailed reporting on project status, financial health, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a direct supervisory or team leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously from initiation to closure. Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts. Strong client-facing skills with a demonstrated ability to manage contracts and ensure client satisfaction. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma or have certifications. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience in a management consulting environment. Proficiency with advanced project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
