As a Branch Manager, you will be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company's culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. You will deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments. Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust. Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation. Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry. Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community. Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills You have a passion for creating exceptional experiences and a knack for setting the tone in the branch, ensuring every client feels valued and every team member is part of a dynamic and engaging culture. You have outstanding leadership skills demonstrated through your proven track record of coaching and empowering employees, helping them achieve remarkable results and grow in their roles. You are a master of multitasking, excelling at organizing and managing competing priorities in the branch, always with an eye on developing plans for growth and success. You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, using your strong decision-making skills to navigate challenges and lead the team confidently. You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies. You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved. You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. You are able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills You have a college degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement You will successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. You need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state. **Dodd Frank and Safe Act:** This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant data demonstrating financial responsibility, good character, and fitness.
