Your Mission: Manage pricing, underwriting, due diligence, and deal structuring for new customers and opportunities. Lead monitoring and risk assessment for existing customers and projects. Analyze customer data, assess risks, propose transaction structures, and support strategic initiatives, including capital raising. Act as a liaison between sales/customer success and treasury, compliance, and capital markets teams. Report to

The Legacy You’ll Leave: Create sophisticated financial and risk models, improve transaction diligence and execution, and develop analytical frameworks to inform corporate actions. Contribute to building an extensive, diversified portfolio with attractive financial returns. Outcomes You Will Deliver: Lead pricing, structuring, modeling, and risk evaluation for leasing and infrastructure opportunities. Design deal structures balancing customer needs and internal risk/return targets. Assist Legal with transaction documentation accuracy and completeness. Serve as gatekeeper to the Investment Committee, deciding when deals are ready for review. Draft investment memos with due diligence and risk analyses. Monitor key risk indicators and ensure portfolio performance aligns with company goals. Build analytical frameworks/models for customer transactions, underwriting, and pricing. Who You Are: At least 7 years of experience in investment banking, investment firm, or similar, with expertise in structuring asset-based finance, leases, or securitizations. Extensive knowledge of fleet finance, equipment leasing, loan structures, collateral, and risk management. Expert in analyzing financial statements and key metrics. Experienced in due diligence, credit assessment, and managing credit risk. Domain expertise in vehicle electrification, automotive, fleet, or clean energy is a plus. Mastery of Excel modeling and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
