We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 108-day locum tenens assignment in New York. This role begins on Oct 13, 2025, and involves a four-day work week, Tuesday through Friday, with shift hours from 7am to 5pm. The position includes comprehensive primary care responsibilities, serving a diverse patient demographic. Job Details Location: New York Start Date: Oct 13, 2025 LOA: 108 days Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 7am-5pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide all primary care services including acute visits, surgical clearances, and care for new patients. Conduct physicals, annual wellness visits, and minor in-office procedures such as ear flushes and wart removal. Manage a full range of health issues, offering both preventative care and treatment for existing health issues. Ensure high-quality patient care, maintaining thorough documentation using the Medent EMR system. Additional Information Must be board certified in Family Practice. Required to have an active New York medical license and must be enrolled in Medicaid NY. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in using Medent EMR.
