You'll systematize every element and craft a compelling narrative that attracts families, investors, and media attention.

What You Will Be Doing
- Transform our flagship campus into a replicable operating system—complete with curriculum frameworks, optimal staffing models, technology infrastructure, and launch sequences—all supported by concrete performance indicators.
- Establish comprehensive quality standards and cultural foundations; create documentation and traditions that maintain excellence across all locations while preserving each campus's unique community identity.
- Execute strategic test programs in emerging markets; achieve targeted enrollment, retention, and educational performance metrics before finalizing the expansion blueprint.
- Craft and deliver our market-facing story through demonstration events, community forums, media appearances, and investment presentations that convert interest into enrollment commitments.
- Strategically deploy artificial intelligence to generate marketing content, streamline assessment processes, and extract actionable insights that accelerate growth without compromising our educational standards.
- Developing standalone educational experiments—your focus is building sustainable, replicable systems.
- Managing daily academic operations or making incremental curriculum adjustments.
- Perpetuating conventional educational structures or classroom environments.
- Operating within an educational philosophy you don't wholeheartedly champion—authentic belief in our mission is non-negotiable.
- Accepting regional success without pursuing national expansion opportunities.
Architect, validate, and expand a multi-location educational model that consistently delivers flagship-quality outcomes, achieves rapid enrollment growth, and generates strong nationwide parent demand.
Basic Requirements
- Entrepreneurial experience as a founder or early-stage executive with direct responsibility for $1M+ annual revenue, plus personal or professional connection to our specialized student community.
- Proven track record of transforming innovative concepts into thriving businesses, including successful public advocacy that generates market demand.
- Comprehensive knowledge of next-generation learning approaches (competitive gaming ecosystems, achievement-based gamification, digital learning environments).
- Compelling communicator who excels in public speaking, video presentations, and comprehensive written content.
- Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools for analytical tasks, creative development, and workflow optimization.
- Evidence-based decision-maker skilled at creating frameworks, evaluating key metrics, and implementing rapid improvements.
- US-based with ability to make regular trips to Austin (approximately one week per month).
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
