Our client is a Private Equity backed SaaS company which is well-positioned for accelerated growth, including global expansion, M&A activity and moving towards a potential exit. We are looking for a dynamic CFO to join the executive team at a point of transformation.

You must have a track record in senior Finance leadership positions and in scaling successful PE-backed SaaS businesses, including 'buy and build' / M&A. This is an opportunity to shape and execute a five-year growth strategy aimed at building a global category leader.

• Strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to overall business planning, vision, and leadership.
• Drive and refine a 5-year financial growth plan focused on sustainable high-growth.
• Lead global financial strategy, including international expansion into new markets in Europe and North America.
• Lead the buy & build M&A strategy.
• Prepare the organization for successful exit, including investor readiness, governance frameworks, and financial transparency.
• Champion a performance-driven, change-ready culture across the finance organization.

Requirements:

• Proven CFO / Senior Finance leader in high-growth SaaS businesses, ideally with AI exposure.
• Demonstrated experience in leading M&A (buy & build) and preparation for exit.
• Strong track record of scaling businesses and finance functions across international markets, especially in Europe and North America.
• Deep expertise in commercial finance, business modelling, and Ro60 optimization.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate at both the visionary and hands-on execution levels.
• Experienced change leader with a track record of delivering successful scale ups, and transformations.
• Collaborative, influential, and charismatic leader capable of building trusted partnerships across the C-suite and Board.
