We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Product to join our team. As the Director of Product, you will lead the charge in defining and enhancing how we track and interact with gaming activities globally. This role offers a significant opportunity to shape our strategic direction and innovate within the gaming industry. This position requires all hires to be onsite Monday - Thursday out of our Los Angeles (Playa Vista) office, with the option to WFH on Friday. Responsibilities include strategic leadership to develop and execute product strategy, team management of product managers, designers, and engineers, product roadmap oversight, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, user-centric innovation, and go-to-market strategy development and implementation. Requirements include 10+ years in product management with leadership experience, expertise in digital product management especially in activity tracking platforms, strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for gaming, particularly MOBAs like League of Legends. Nice to have is a strong passion for gaming and familiarity with game dynamics and user engagement strategies.
