Mulhern & Kulp Structural Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time, entry-level Staff Engineers with 0-3 years experience to join our Boston, MA office. We are a rapidly growing consulting firm that provides structural engineering services to architects, builders, and developers nationwide with over 120 employees, active projects in 35+ states, and offices in Philadelphia, Atlanta, San Diego, and Boston.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • E.I.T.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
Qualifications
  • 0-4 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
  • Work with Project Engineers designing and documenting single-family houses and multi-family condominiums
  • Design of gravity components including beams, columns, and footings
  • Design of lateral systems including shear walls and moment frames
  • Review of shop drawings
  • Field work including site visits and construction observation
