We’re working with a leading Boston architecture firm that’s looking to add a Project Architect with experience in education design (K-12 and/or higher ed). This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and take on meaningful work shaping the future of learning environments.'

What you’ll do:

• Lead education projects from concept through construction
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Oversee drawings, specs, and technical details to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
• Represent the firm in client meetings and site visits

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of education project experience
• Licensed Architect (RA) or on path to licensure
• Excellent communicator and problem solver who enjoys collaboration
