We step in to guide them with smart strategy, negotiation, and full-service support. Our agents focus on people and performance, while our backend operations team handles the logistics and showings.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a consistent stream of qualified buyer clients
• Provide pricing insights, market guidance, offer & negotiation strategy, and disclosure guidance
• Use company tools and CRM to stay efficient and organized
• Collaborate with the support team for smooth offer and transaction flow
• Deliver high-touch service while managing multiple clients at once

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 20+ closed residential transactions in the past 4 years
• Strong knowledge of the Bay Area housing market
• Comfortable with using technology: CRM tools and mobile productivity apps
• Clear communication and a client-first mindset

What You’ll Get:

• Full support from our operations team, including transactions, offer writing, and a personal assistant
• Training provided in all areas, including CRM, sales, and negotiations
• Work-from-home flexibility with Bay Area fieldwork
• Top agents earn between $130K and $200K+ annually

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary plus commission on every closed transaction
